Cultural Intelligence Strategist
→You read culture before it trends. You turn social signals, AI perception data, and audience behavior into strategic direction brands can act on. You’re part researcher, part strategist, fully obsessed with what moves people. You’ll work directly with brands like Action, Quooker, and Fritz Kola — analyzing how AI systems perceive them, mapping cultural shifts in their categories, and translating that into strategies their teams can act on tomorrow. Experience with social listening, trend analysis, or cultural strategy is a plus. What matters more: you see patterns others miss.
AI Creative Technologist
→You build the systems that make us fast. From prompt engineering and AI-driven creative pipelines to custom intelligence tools — you live at the intersection of code and creativity. You’ll develop trend prediction engines, content automation workflows, and AI perception monitoring systems. Our stack: Python, Claude API, FAL/Recraft for image generation, React frontends, Railway deployments. You don’t need to know everything — but you need to learn fast and ship faster. If you’ve ever built something with an LLM that actually works in production, we want to talk.
Brand & Content Strategist
→You craft the narrative. From brand positioning and content strategy to campaign concepts — you translate cultural insights into stories that stick. You think in systems, not one-offs. You’ll own the creative output for our client partnerships: developing content strategies informed by real cultural data, building campaign frameworks, and making sure every piece of work connects brand truth to audience reality. You’re comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and you have a portfolio that shows strategic thinking, not just pretty decks.
AI & Cultural Intelligence Stage
→You’re curious about how AI is changing the way brands connect with people. During this internship you’ll learn how cultural signals work, how AI systems perceive brands, and how to build intelligence tools that give brands a competitive edge. You’ll work hands-on with our AI stack, assist in client research, and contribute to real projects from day one. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to experiment, asks good questions, and wants to understand both the tech and the strategy side. Minimum 5 months, based at our Amsterdam office (Overtoom 373D). HBO/WO level.
